How do I join?

1. Choose a canon character that has not already been taken.
2. Send me a note (please type a subject like this: "Application: Ash Ketchum", it will help me to categorize the notes) filling out the form below:

a) Which character do you want?:
b) Why do you want to role-play as this character?:
c) Do you really think that you can role-play this character?:
d) Show me (please write a monologue (it should be a paragraph, meaning 4 or 5 lines at least), any subject will be accepted):
e) How many times a week you think you could check your comments?:

g) Do you have any ideas concerning the character you wish to role-play as?:

For OC Pokemon, and OC Trainers, all I want is a monologue, to prove that you can RP. For Pokemon, you have a choice of choosing between the Trainer Regions, Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh, and the Ranger Regions, Fiore, and Almia, as well as Orre. Should you choose the Trainer Regions, you will be placed in the region were you first originated. Should you choose the Ranger Regions, you may choose which region you belong to so long as you are listed in the Ranger Dex. If you are not listed in the Dex, then you may not choose that region. You are allowed to choose Orre so long as you appear in the Pokemon Colosseum and XD: Gale of Darkness games. All OC Trainers are from Bisit.

3. Please do not create an account before receiving the note telling that you’re in (You’ll also get your icon at this point, if you don't, it'll be sent to your RP account soon.)
4. Once you’re in, don’t forget to submit an introduction journal. Remaining confidential or mentioning your regular account is up to you. Oh yeah, please let me know your account actually exists, whether or not through a note, or a comment on this page, or else I won't add you.

P.S.: You don’t have to list all RP accounts, more and more people keep joining us and if you list them in your journal you’ll have to update often. I’m doing this job for everyone, updating the account list as frequently as I can, so you can just put a link for the Headquarters.

P.P.S.: Just as a precaution, I'll tell you what I'm searching for in your monologue. I want to see whether or not you can portray the character's personality correctly, and whether or not you use proper grammar.

RULES: For Canon Characters

1.You should stay in character to give characters more realistic aura.
2. Only official pairings are allowed! You can mention the others but please don’t let it be too obvious.
3. Keep the accounts active! Let’s say, how does “at least once every two weeks” sound? If I do call you on inactivity, and you have been active, please provide a link to the thread that you've been active on, as proof of activity.
4. If you’re going on a hiatus, please inform people by mentioning it in your journal. Don’t forget to tell how long you will be gone.
5. Please be nice to others, don’t use slang.
6. Please remember to use correct grammar. Punctuation, and capitalization are included. Also, don't forget to correct any misspelled words that dA's spell check has notified you of.

Inner Workings of the PKMNRP

This group will be run a little differently than the other groups.

1. Pokemon RPers must show all their stats in their journal, for their Trainer's reference. You may choose your beginning stats. Beginning levels must be between 1-50, unless you are a legendary Pokemon.
2. Any member of any RP is allowed to have a team of six Pokemon.
3. Canon characters can have a team too, but they must have a team consisting of Pokemon that they have canonically.
4. Professor RPers are the ones providing the Pokemon to the Trainers. They will list the which Pokemon from their respective regions do not have Trainers.
5. Once there are a fair amount of RPers, a Pokemon League will start up, with 8 Gym Leaders, the Elite Four. The Champion will be the person who conquers those 12.
6. There can be any number of the same Pokemon.
7. There will only be one of every legendary Pokemon, except Latias, Latios, and Celebi.
8. When Pokemon speak to humans, it will sound like their name, though you may put the translation in brackets beside. Trainers, keep in mind that you probably shouldn't understand what the Pokemon are talking about. When Pokemon speak amongst themselves, they will speak normally.
9. Trainers will engage in battle upon eye contact (aka talking to each other). To catch a Pokemon, you must a battle and catch it.
10.Trainers must list the badges that they've earned. This is necessary for determining whether or not your Pokemon will listen to you during battle. Only canon characters will have badges. Any OC Trainers will start with 0 badges.
11. Rangers are a little special. They can have a partner Pokemon. You may not have any other Pokemon. You can only capture wild Pokemon to aid you.

The Land of Bisit

Welcome to the region of Bisit, which has just been discovered by the professors of the four regions. Here, no new Pokemon exist, which was quite a disappointment to the professors. This region has just begun to be populated, so no league has been formed yet. Once the region is well populated, the Pokemon League will start. Trainers from all over are welcome to participate.

Trainers wishing to become Gym Leaders, or part of the Elite Four must meet the requirements asked of each spot. (Mixed types are allowed. You are also allowed to deviate from the requirements so long as it's only one Pokemon that is deviating.)

Sign-ups are not open at the moment. Do not request to be a Gym Leader or Elite Four. And pardon the bad city names. Also, canon characters may not become Gym Leaders or Elite Four. They are welcome to become Champion, though.
